Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • ¾ pound sharp Cheddar cheese, grated fine
  • 2 cans (4 oz. each) chopped green chiles, drained
  • 1 cup ground pecans

Steps

  • Combine grated Cheddar and softened cream cheese, mixing well.
  • Stir in green chiles and mix thoroughly.
  • Form into bite-sized balls and roll in pecans.
  • Chill until firm.
