Ingredients

  • ½ cup soft butter
  • 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon dry mustard
  • ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped canned green chiles
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped pimientos
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 ¼ cups sifted all-purpose flour

Steps

  • Mix and blend all ingredients. Add flour and mix to stiff dough.
  • Roll level tablespoons dough into small balls. Bake in moderate oven until very lightly browned.
  • Puffs may be served warm or cold.
