Ingredients

  • 1 tube of refrigerator biscuits
  • 1 can of tomato sauce
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1-2 cans of chopped green chiles
  • ½ pound of mozarella cheese

Steps

  • Brown beef in small ammount of fat and drain.
  • Separate biscuits and pat them out on a cookie sheet until they are flat circles.
  • Spread tomato sauce on dough circles. Add a layer of meat, then chiles, and top with thin slices of cheese.
  • Bake in moderate oven (300-degrees) for 15-20 minutes. Cut into quarters and serve hot.
