13 oz. Green Chile


  • 12 BUENO® Grandma’s® 100 Calorie Tortillas
  • ¾ cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ¾ cup cheddar sharp shredded
  • 1 13 oz. BUENO® Hatch Autumn Roast® Green Chile drained
  • ½ cup green onions chopped


Place a tortilla on heated griddle. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp. each of mozzarella and cheddar cheese on half of tortilla. Drizzle 2 Tbsp. green chile over cheese and top with 2 tsp. green onions. Fold other half of tortilla over filling. Heat on medium for 1-2 minutes per side or until lightly toasted tortilla and melted cheese inside. Cut into quarters for bite-sized treats.
